DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

About the role

This role involves maintaining, updating and controlling company documents and records, ensuring proper filing, version control and document accessibility. You will prepare and organize documents for internal and external audits, coordinate document review, approval and distribution, and maintain records for SOP, HACCP, Halal, Quality, training, production and other related documents.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, update and control company documents and records

• Monitor document expiry dates and ensure timely updates
• Assist in documentation and compliance-related tasks

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Quality, Food Science or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in food manufacturing
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Experience in document control, HACCP, Halal or quality management is an added advantage
