Document Controller

The Document Controller is responsible for overseeing and coordinating document and contract workflows, ensuring all documentation meets contractual standards and aligns with project requirements.

Job Descriptions:

• Maintain and update project documentation (e.g., drawings, material approvals, correspondences) for clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper filing of documents (both hardcopy and softcopy) to facilitate easy retrieval within and across departments.
• Liaise with the Project Team and relevant departments to ensure client requirements are met (e.g., responding to client queries within given deadlines).
• Assist in preparing records/reports on delays by clients and subcontractors in responding to project requirements (e.g., drawings, material approvals,
• Assist in preparing, liaising, and issuing letters to clients/subcontractors while adhering to contractual guidelines (e.g., variations orders, delays, etc.).

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or any relevant field of study.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational skills
• Responsible and proactive in completing tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
