We are looking for a Document Controller to join our team.

The Document Controller is responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring proper document filing, distribution, and compliance with company procedures and project requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an organised filing system to support efficient document management.
• Send and receive documents from external stakeholders and ensure proper document distribution.
• Prepare and edit paperwork related to contract agreements.
• Ensure all documentation activities comply with legal and company requirements.
• Conduct regular document reviews and audits to ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare Requests for Inspection (RFI) for civil and construction activities on a daily basis.
• Liaise with the QPS team on-site to coordinate documentation and inspection requirements.
• Ensure proper document archiving and retrieval for project reference.

Skills & Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Possess a technical background or knowledge of construction.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced construction site environment.
