About Brightstar:
Brightstar Building Material Trading LLC is a Dubai-based supplier and stockist of a wide range of MEP and Civil construction materials, serving contractors and construction projects across the UAE.

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller with experience in handling and preparing material submittals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and handle material submittals
• Compile technical datasheets, certificates, test reports and other required documents
• Maintain proper records of submitted, approved and pending documents
• Handle consultant/client comments, revisions and resubmissions
• Maintain document registers and submittal logs
• Coordinate with internal teams for required documentation
• Follow up on submittals and approvals
• Maintain proper filing and document control systems

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Document Controller handling material submittals
• Good communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Attention to detail
• UAE experience will be preferred

Salary: Minimum AED 3,000/month, depending on experience.
