Document Controller

• Maintain and control all incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Ensure proper filing, version control, and distribution of drawings, contracts, and reports.
• Track document submissions, approvals, and revisions.
• Record and monitor foreign worker details (manpower reports, quotas, permits, renewals).
• Record working hours and prepare daily activity summaries for site operations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams on document flow.
• Prepare reports, logs, and ensure documentation meets company/ISO standards.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Construction Manager or Project Manager from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Administration, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in documentation/administration (construction preferred).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of EDMS is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Located Site in Taman Desa/Kepong

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
