Document Controller

About the Role

Join A2 AUTOMATION SDN BHD, a growing system integrator specializing in ELV, ICT, Security, and Automation Solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and maintain project documents and records.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize project documents and records.
• Maintain document filing and tracking systems.
• Prepare and update document registers and submission logs.
• Ensure documents are properly named, filed, and version-controlled.
• Track document submissions, revisions, and approvals.
• Coordinate document submissions with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Maintain project drawings, reports, certificates, and other technical documents.
• Assist in preparing project handover and close-out documents.
• Ensure the latest approved documents are available to the relevant team.
• Perform other administrative and documentation duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in document control or project administration is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in ELV, ICT, construction, engineering, or related industries is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
