Document Controller

Work Location: Seatrium Admiralty Yard

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm

This is a contract role until 31 Mar 2028

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain project documents and records.

Control document numbering, revisions, and distribution.

Maintain update the Master Document Register(MDR).

Prepare and manage document transmittals.

Track document review, approval and outstanding status.

Ensure the latest approved drawings/documents are available at site.

Manage documents through EDMS/Share Point or other project systems.

Support final documentation and project handover.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in document control (preferably in EPC / oil & gas / engineering projects)

Strong knowledge of document control processes and procedures

Experience with document management systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Good English communication skill
