JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and maintain company documents and records for all departments.
• Ensure documents are properly filed, updated, controlled and easily accessible.
• Monitor document revision, approval and distribution for each department.
• Maintain ISO-related documents and ensure compliance with ISO requirements.
• Coordinate with each department to ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
• Prepare and organise documents for internal and external audits.
• Assist during ISO audits and provide required documents to auditors.
• Monitor audit findings and ensure corrective action documents are properly maintained.
• Ensure obsolete documents are removed or properly controlled.
• Maintain the Master Document List / Document Register for the company.
• Ensure all departments follow the company's document control procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Document Control or related field.
• Experience in ISO documentation and audit preparation is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of document control and record management.
• Organised, detail-oriented and good in maintaining records.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
