Document Controller

Key Responsibilities: Administer the project Electronic Document Management System. Register, distribute, track, retrieve, and archive all project documents and correspondence. Process drawings, RFIs, submittals, inspection requests, reports, letters, and transmittals. Maintain document numbering, naming, distribution, status, and revision controls. Track overdue reviews, pending responses, contractor resubmissions, and approval workflows. Prepare document registers, status reports, and performance metrics. Compile as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, certificates, and closeout packages.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor s degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of document-control experience in engineering and construction projects. Experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments. Advanced proficiency in Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or a comparable EDMS. Strong knowledge of technical-document workflows, revision control, transmittals, and closeout requirements. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent organisation, accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
