Document Controller

We are looking for a Document Control / Information Management professional with experience in managing engineering and project documentation using EDMS platforms. The role will focus on document lifecycle management, metadata, version control, compliance, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage document control, records, and information management activities.
• Administer and maintain documents in EDMS platforms such as SharePoint, Documentum, OpenText, or ALIM.
• Manage metadata, document classification, version control, and document workflows.
• Ensure compliance with document management standards, processes, and governance requirements.
• Support audits, records management, document retrieval, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project, Quality, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely document management.
• Maintain document integrity, traceability, and controlled access throughout the document lifecycle.
