Assist

• Maintain and update HR and Sales documentation, including employee records, contracts, quotations, purchase orders, and customer files.
• Prepare, compile, and coordinate technical and commercial submittals, ensuring timely submission to clients and consultants.
• Manage document filing, version control, tracking, and retrieval of physical and electronic records.
• Coordinate with HR, Sales, and other departments for document preparation, approvals, submissions, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate documentation trackers, reports, and ERP/HRMS records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
