WE ARE HIRING – DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Availability: Immediate Joiner Preferred

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to manage project documentation and ensure proper document control procedures across construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, organize, and maintain project documents and records.
• Control incoming and outgoing drawings, technical submittals, and correspondence.
• Maintain document registers and ensure proper version control.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure documents are properly filed, tracked, and readily accessible.
• Follow project documentation procedures and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry in Qatar.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, technical submittals, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Currently residing in Qatar.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
