Industry: Construction | High-Rise Residential Project

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our high-rise residential construction project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documents, drawings, correspondence, and technical records.
• Maintain document registers, transmittals, revision logs, and filing systems.
• Control and distribute IFC drawings, shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, method statements, and as-built documents.
• Ensure proper revision control and availability of the latest approved documents.
• Coordinate document submissions and approvals with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Track pending and overdue documents and provide regular status updates.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy project records and support project close-out documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5 Plus years of experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry.
• Experience in high-rise residential/building projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and document management systems such as Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of document numbering, revision control, transmittals, and document filing.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
