Document Controller

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, record, organise, and maintain all project documents and records.
• Manage construction drawings, document registers, and revision records.
• Ensure the latest approved drawings and documents are distributed to the project team and site personnel.
• Prepare and track document submissions to clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor document approvals and follow up on outstanding submissions.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing letters, emails, and project correspondence.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed, updated, and easy to retrieve.
• Assist the project team in preparing reports and maintaining project documentation.
• Maintain and organise project records for final handover and project close-out.
• Perform other documentation and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of construction documentation and drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage documents and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM4,753.33 per month
