Document Controller

Manage, control, and maintain project documents using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). Ensure proper document numbering, filing, revision control, and distribution. Maintain organized folder structures and electronic document databases. Monitor document status and ensure timely submission, review, and approval. Perform PDF management and ensure document quality and accuracy. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders regarding documentation. Prepare reports and maintain accurate document control records. Ensure compliance with project document control procedures and requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Associate Degree in Technical Engineering Technology or related field. Minimum 7 years of relevant Document Control experience . Proficiency in EDMS platforms such as SharePoint, Documentum , or similar systems. Strong IT skills with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook . Excellent communication and proficient typing skills. Strong attention to detail, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively as part of a team. Preferred Certifications Certified Document Controller (CDC) or equivalent. Records Management / Information Management or equivalent certification.
