Document Controller

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

• Works as part of documents team or may specialize in a particular type of document such as contracts and proposals;
• Preparation of requirements and documents necessary for bidding for private and government projects;
• Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence;
• Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date;
• Generate the various document control reports as required;
• Organizes, maintains company documents, project files, product brochures and archives inactive records;
• Creates and maintains a filing system that supports efficient information management;
• Responsible for the management and control of documents but not limited to numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, projects or departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner;
• Monitoring/Inventory of office supplies and equipment;
• Maintain office equipment and report any malfunctions;
• Perform clerical duties; generate various reports as required, photocopying, scanning and printing, etc.
• Experience in Architectural/Construction firms is a plus

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
