Document Controller

Key Responsibilities:

1. TOP Documentation Preparation and Organization: Collect, prepare, organize, and archive TOP handover documentation packages for various systems, equipment, and construction areas of the solar PV project.
2. Documentation Completeness Review: Compile and review WIRs, test reports, commissioning records, inspection and acceptance records, Punch Lists, and other relevant documents to ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with the owner's requirements.
3. Handover Documentation Follow-up: Coordinate with engineering, quality, commissioning, and subcontractor teams to track missing documents, unresolved issues, and corrective action records, ensuring the timely completion of TOP documentation.
4. Owner Review and Communication: Submit TOP documentation in accordance with the owner's requirements, follow up on review comments, make timely revisions and additions, and facilitate document approval.
5. Documentation Handover and Archiving: Maintain a TOP documentation register and track the handover status of each area and system to ensure that all completion and handover documents are complete and traceable.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A technical or engineering background is an advantage.
3. Relevant training or certification in document control or project management is an advantage.
4. Familiarity with managing engineering drawings, technical submittals, inspection reports, and project correspondence.
5. Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients.
6. Willing to stay in the project location.
