*Job Title:* Document Controller cum Receptionist

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for an organized and professional Document Controller cum Receptionist to manage our document control system and handle front desk reception duties.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*A. Document Control:*

• Manage, control, and maintain all company documents, drawings, and correspondence in both hard and soft copy.

• Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents as per company standards.

• Control the inward and outward movement of documents and maintain a log register.

• Ensure all documents are up-to-date, with proper revision control.

• Coordinate with all departments for document submission and distribution.

*B. Receptionist / Administration:*

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

• Manage incoming and outgoing couriers and emails.

• Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms.

• Provide general administrative and clerical support.

*Requirements & Qualifications:*

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.

• 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE / Construction industry.

• Proficient in MS Office and Document Management Systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Well-organized with strong attention to detail.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
