Document Controller

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 6+ years’ experience in Document Control, preferably within Data Centre, Engineering Consultancy or Construction environments.
• Experience working on international projects and with multidisciplinary design teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Aconex, ACC/BIM 360, Procore, SharePoint or similar EDMS platforms and automated workflows.
• Good understanding of document numbering, naming, workflows, reviews, submissions, transmittals, registers and reporting.
• Ability to manage and coordinate a team of Document Controllers and support their day-to-day activities.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Project Managers, Design Managers, Engineers, Clients and external consultants.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Good reporting skills, including trackers, dashboards, KPIs and management reports.
• Proactive approach to process improvement, standardisation and digital transformation.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, ownership and ability to work independently.
• GCC or international project experience will be an advantage.
• Data Centre / mission-critical experience is highly preferred.
