Document Controller

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and maintain project documents, records, and files.
• Monitor the receiving, releasing, and distribution of project documents.
• Maintain document logs and track document submissions and revisions.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers regarding document control and submissions.
• Ensure the latest versions of technical drawings, reports, and other project documents are properly maintained.
• Prepare, scan, print, and file project-related documents.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and proper filing of all project records.
• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field).
• Experience in document control or construction project documentation is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Familiar with technical drawings, document transmittals, and revision tracking.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple documents.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
