Job Title : Document Controller

Systems Experience : Sharepoint, Kneat, Unifier, Microsoft Office applications , Procore

• Is responsible for setting up the documentation management process on the project, in alignment with the Lonza internal procedures
• Is controlling the electronic and hard copy documentation submitted by Lonza, External Engineering, Construction and Vendor teams for adherence to the numbering, filling and retrieval principles set up on the project
• Is controlling the project documentation is being submitted according to the RACI Matrix defined on the project
• Is responsible for keeping the project deliverables list up to date and operates any changes required by the project team
• Is responsible for archiving of project documentation (hard copies and digital files)
• Reports on documentation progress and escalation
• First point of contact for any project documentation topics within the team
• Offers support during Project Internal Audits/ Deep Dive
• Supports and collaborates with Global Engineering Project Controlling
• Perform other document management duties as assigned.
• 5-10 years of experience in CAPEX/document control, preferable in Pharma and on large scale projects.
• IT skills are a plus, should learn quick and be comfortable with different software tools.
• Language: Excellent command of English, Other Languages advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Able to deal with Ambiguity - can conform to shifting priorities, and demands
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
