Document Controller

• Systems Experience: SharePoint ,Kneat ,Unifier ,Microsoft Office applications ,Procore.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Is responsible for setting up the documentation management process on the project, in alignment with the Client internal procedures
• Is controlling the electronic and hard copy documentation submitted by Client, External Engineering, Construction and Vendor teams for adherence to the numbering, filling and retrieval principles set up on the project
• Is controlling the project documentation is being submitted according to the RACI Matrix defined on the project.
• Is responsible for keeping the project deliverables list up to date and operating any changes required by the project team.
• Is responsible for achieving project documentation (hard copies and digital files).
• Reports on documentation progress and escalation.
• First point of contact for any project documentation topics within the team.
• Offers support during Project Internal Audits/ Deep Dive.
• Supports and collaborations with Global Engineering Project Controlling.
• Perform other document management duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in CAPEX/document control, preferably in Pharma and on large scale projects.
• IT skills are a plus, should learn quick and be comfortable with different software tools.
• Language: Excellent command of English, Other Languages advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience of working both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Able to deal with Ambiguity - can conform to shifting priorities, and demands
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
