Document Controller - Constraction

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, control, and distribute project documents in accordance with CHEC's procedures and standards.
• Maintain accurate document registers, revision logs, and transmittal records.
• Liaise with the Chinese head office on documentation requirements, translating where necessary.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for timely submissions and approvals.
• Archive and safeguard project records in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in document control, preferably in construction or engineering.
• Proficiency in document management systems (e.g. Aconex, SharePoint, or similar).
• Strong command of English and high attention to detail.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
