Document Controller (Construction)

URGENT HIRING – DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

A leading Construction Company in Abu Dhabi is urgently looking for an experienced Document Controller for an ongoing Government Project in Al Ain.

Position: Document Controller
Location: Al Ain, UAE – Initial 6 Months
After Project Completion: Transfer to Abu Dhabi Head Office

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as a Document Controller
• Construction company experience is mandatory
• Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Experienced in preparing and maintaining document registers, logs and trackers
• Good knowledge of submittals, transmittals, RFIs, drawings, correspondence and document control procedures
• Able to coordinate documentation with consultants, clients and project teams
• Experience in Government Projects will be an added advantage
• Must be well organized, accurate and capable of independently handling project documentation
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred Salary: Attractive salary package will be offered based on experience and qualifications.
