Document Controller (Construction Experience Required)

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our construction team.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry.

* Must have experience working with main contractors / construction projects.

* Good knowledge of document control systems, project filing, and document tracking.

* Experience handling:

* Submittals

* Drawings

* RFIs

* Material approvals

* Transmittals

* Correspondence records

* Technical documents

* Familiar with consultant and contractor document submission procedures.

* Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and document management systems.

* Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update project document registers.

* Control incoming and outgoing project documents.

* Ensure proper filing and tracking of drawings, approvals, and correspondence.

* Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors regarding document submissions.

* Support project teams with document control requirements.

Location: UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Candidates with construction project experience only are preferred.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
