DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (Contract)

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Elmina, Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

Responsible for managing, controlling, distributing, tracking, and maintaining all project documentation to GC / Main Contractor. The role ensures that the latest approved documents are available to the relevant project teams and that document control procedures comply with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure documents are assigned the correct document number, revision, status, and distribution.
• Receive, register, and distribute IFC / Shop drawings.
• Track drawing revisions and superseded drawings.
• Coordinate drawing submissions, approvals, comments, and re-submissions.
• Track documents submitted to the GC, Consultant, Client.

Job requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Document Management, Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of document control experience, preferably in data center projects.
• Familiarity with Autodesk construction cloud (ACC)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PDF document.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
• Full-Time, Site-based
