Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all project and technical documentation.
• Prepare, submit, and track technical documents and submissions.
• Handle material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, MIRs, and technical approvals.
• Maintain document registers, revision control, and submission tracking.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, engineers, and project teams.
• Follow up on pending submissions, comments, and approvals.
• Ensure documents are properly organized, updated, and readily available.
• Support the technical and project teams with document preparation and submission.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Document Control / Technical Documentation in the construction industry.
• Experience with technical submissions and consultant approvals.
• Knowledge of construction documentation and document control procedures.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and document management systems.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Swimming pool industry experience is an advantage.
