This is a key project support role, working closely with the project, construction, engineering, design and contractor teams to help maintain the flow of information throughout delivery.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for the management, control and distribution of project documentation across the expansion program. This includes maintaining document registers, managing revisions, coordinating technical documentation and ensuring project information is consistently captured and controlled.
The role will sit at the centre of project information flow, supporting the delivery team across construction, design, commissioning and operational interfaces.

- Coordinate the flow of drawings, RFIs, submittals, transmittals and project correspondence
- Ensure the project team and contractors have access to the latest approved information

- Track outstanding documentation and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely close-out
- Support project reporting, registers and general project administration
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, consultants and contractors to maintain information flow
- Assist with document control requirements across construction, commissioning and operational interfaces
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in project documentation and proactively resolve issues
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in document control, project administration or project coordination
- Construction, infrastructure, engineering or data centre experience highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and a highly organised approach
- Experience managing large volumes of technical project documentation
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, consultants and internal project teams
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure project environment
- Proactive, practical and willing to take ownership
- Strong working knowledge of document management systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure
Additional
