Document Controller / Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller & Data Entry professional responsible for managing company documents, maintaining accurate records, entering data into systems, and ensuring documents are properly controlled, updated, and easily accessible. The role requires strong attention to detail, computer skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in Document Control/Data Entry
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Good English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain records and handle confidential information

Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Computer Applications, or a related field

• Previous experience in Document Control, Data Entry, Administration, or a similar role is preferred
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with document management systems or ERP systems is an advantage
