Document Controller (Interior Fitout)

POSITION: Document Controller

LOCATION :AL QUSAIS,DUBAI

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans.
• Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time.
• Help project managers monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders
• Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports.
• Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
• Manage and coordinate all work permit applications through relevant UAE authority portals.
• Handle submissions and approvals with authorities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for fit-out projects.
• Oversee documentation from pre-mobilization to pre-opening to ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for project coordination.
• Maintain records of submissions, approvals, and follow-ups with government bodies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Fit-out projects.
• Experience in handling work permits and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
