Document Controller (Jalan Klang Lama & Setapak)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily attendance and working hour records for project staff.
• Prepare daily activity reports, including work progress, issues, and key milestones achieved.
• Manage incoming and outgoing project documents, drawings, and correspondence.
• Ensure proper filing, tracking, and updating of all project documents.
• Maintain and control the latest revision of drawings and technical documents.
• Distribute documents to consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Monitor document submission status, approvals, and records.
• Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Support site team in maintaining organized and accurate project records

Requirements

• SPM/Diploma / Certificate in Administration, Construction, or related field.
• Experience in construction / high-rise project is an advantage.
• Familiar with document control system, filing, and project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and email handling.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
