DOCUMENT CONTROLLER ( LTA PROJECT )

JOB SUMMARY (GENERAL NATURE / OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB):

• Dispatch of drawings
• Prepare and maintain document control and filing system for drawings
• Report creation for construction manager
• Data entry tasks
• Maintain in-house project management system by keeping electronic records of incoming and outgoing documents
• Liaise with residents/owners, town councils, HDB, consultants & subcontractors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

• Visit owners/residents and arrange for defective works to be rectified.
• Keep documentation records of the requests or complaints from the public.
• Disseminate information and handle complaints/feedback from the public.
• Ensure project drawing, requisition, and document transmittal files are maintained and compiled
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by Senior Project Manager/Project Manager

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

Experience with Aconex and Bentley System will be advantageous.

MAJOR STUDY/SPECIALIST (EDUCATION):

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3 years and above 

Working Location at PROJECT CR101
Working Days: 5.5 days a week
