Document Controller (Office Support)

Job scope

1. Part order issue, IRR/PO/PR request shop RC/RN and follow part delivery.
2. Issue K2 inspection and follow inspection new part support meeting DR3/MPJ.
3. Support activity VE, 5S, Safety, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and Loss time & Cost.

Qualification

• High Vocational In a related field and required minimum GPA 2.50

• Experience 1 - 2 years in issuing purchase order

• Read drawing 3D/2D, understand component part air condition

• Have ISO management skills.

• Microsoft Office: word, excel, power point

Working conditions:

• Working day – hours: Monday – Friday 07:40 – 17:00 (245 working Day/Year approximately)
• Monthly gross salary: Open for discussion or based on company policy
