Document Controller Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documents, correspondence, submittals, transmittals, and reports.
• Ensure proper filing, tracking, revision control, and timely distribution of documents in accordance with ISO standards.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and other project personnel regarding document submissions and requirements.
• Prepare document logs, reports, billing requirements, and audit/inspection documentation.
• Monitor pending submissions and ensure timely completion of project documentation.
• Provide documentation and administrative support to the Project Manager and project team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Document Control, preferably in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office and document control systems.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and document control procedures.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to meet deadlines.
