Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of any business or engineering course.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Can start immediately.
• Knowledgeable in SAP and Excel.

Brief Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the documentation of accredited haulers.
• Keeping up to date the records of all transactions.
• Safekeep and filing all of documents.
• Checking of validity of permits and certifications.
• Processing of freight in and out billings and providing freight to customer service and haulers.
• Doing reconciliation of accruals with haulers and accounting.
