Document Controller – Pasuruan – WFO (ID: 712795)

About the role

Manage and maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring documents are properly controlled, traceable, up-to-date, and accessible throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage document registers, numbering, filing, transmittals, and document workflows
• Track and distribute drawings, correspondence, submittals, and other project documents
• Maintain revision control and ensure only current approved documents are in use
• Coordinate document submissions, reviews, approvals, and follow-ups with project stakeholders
• Maintain drawing registers, MDRs, submittal/RFI logs, and prepare document status reports
• Support document audits and project close-out, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, certificates, and handover dossiers
• Ensure project records are complete, secure, and properly archived

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of Document Control experience in construction, engineering, EPCM, or industrial projects
• Experienced in transmittals, drawing registers, revision control, submittals, and project close-out
• Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, EDMS, and document tracking/reporting tools
