DOCUMENT CONTROLLER PROJECT

Document Controller is responsible for the preparation and compilation of project reports including dissemination of correspondences to internal and external stakeholders. The project reports include every stage of the project from start to finish.

1. Prepare and compile project documents and reports to be in line schedule of documents submission as required under the contract.

2. Review and update project information and deliverables to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to the internal external stakeholders.

3. Collate, review and process project documents from other departments to ensure completion of the project documents prior to submission.

4. Process documents for claims submission toward completion of each project to be in line with payment schedule as required under the contract.

5. Arrange project review and meetings to update project information timely to eliminate any shortfalls and looking for project enhancement.

6. Prepare correspondence and report to the external stakeholders to be in line with the required conditions under the contract

Key Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in document control within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or project environments.
• Proficiency in document management systems (DMS), Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
