Document Controller (Project Site)

Job Summary

Responsible for managing and maintaining project documents, ensuring proper document control, filing, tracking, and timely distribution of project records. The role supports the project team by maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring all documents are properly recorded and updated.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site administration activities, including maintaining project documents, records, reports, and filing systems to ensure accurate and proper documentation control.
• Ensure all documents are properly registered, updated, and controlled.
• Handle document submission, distribution, and tracking.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, reports, correspondence, and project-related documents.
• Assist the project team in retrieving documents when required.
• Undertake any other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as Site Admin
• Ensure compliance with document control procedures and project requirements.

Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience in project site administration or document control.

Working Condition

• Official working hours 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. ·
• Be able to work at construction site office
• 12-month contract, with the possibility of renewal based on project requirements.
