Document Controller (QA - QMS)

Full job description

Job Overview :

• Perform all the document control in system
• Establish and set up ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 system
• Monitor and ensure company running as per system together with team member
• Participate in internal audit and prepare documentation for external audits.
• Assist on QA documentation
• Arrange, inspect and test materials, equipment, processes and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures, standards and specifications.
• Maintain detailed reports of inspections results and recommend improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support product qualification, validation, and testing activities.
• To accomplish ad-hoc assignments assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualification & Experience :

• Degree in any field
• At least 1 year of working experience in DOCCON field or fresh
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good skills in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
