Document Controller (Site Based) 文控

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project documents, contracts, drawings, and data.
• Oversee internal/external correspondence and document flow.
• Prepare and edit standardized documents and reports.
• Ensure document security and confidentiality.
• Assist with audits, acceptance, and data handover.
• Support administrative tasks, meeting minutes, etc.
• Prepare document statistics and present via PPT to management.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering will be added advantage.
• Familiar with the document control workflow of engineering projects will be added advantage.
• Proficient in Office software, with excellent PPT report writing and presentation skills.
• Candidates preferred with 3-5 years of document control or related work experience.
• Willing to short and long term domestics and oversea travel to site.

• 负责项目文件、合同、图纸及相关资料的管理与维护。
• 负责内部及外部往来文件、信函及文件流转管理。
• 负责标准化文件、报告等资料的编制、整理及修改。
• 确保项目文件的安全性、完整性及保密性。
• 协助项目审核、验收及资料移交工作。
• 协助处理行政事务、会议记录及会议纪要等相关工作。
• 负责整理文件及项目资料统计，并制作 PPT 报告向管理层汇报。

任职资格及工作经验：

• 具备建筑工程相关专业学士学位者优先。
• 熟悉工程项目文件控制（Document Control）流程者优先。
• 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 软件，具备优秀的 PPT 报告制作及汇报能力。
• 具备 3–5 年文件控制（Document Control）或相关工作经验者优先。
• 能够配合公司安排进行国内及海外短期或长期出差去工地。
