Document Controller – Sweden

Location: Sweden

Type: Permanent (3/1 rotation - 3 weeks working on site - 1 week off back home)

Key Requirement: Candidates must hold valid EU passport & Experience with Data Centre/Construction

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join a major Data Centre construction project in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project documentation using ACC, Aconex, BIM 360 or other EDMS platforms
• Maintain document registers, revisions and transmittals
• Manage submittals, drawings, RFIs and project correspondence
• Coordinate documentation between contractors, subcontractors and project teams
• Support commissioning, handover and turnover documentation
• Ensure documents are correctly filed, tracked and issued
• Maintain accurate records and support document close-out

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Document Controller within construction
• Experience with ACC, Aconex, BIM 360 or similar EDMS
• Strong understanding of document registers, revisions and submittals
• Experience with handover, commissioning or turnover documentation is preferred
• Data Centre experience preferred , but strong construction experience will be considered
