Hiring: Document Controller Trainer

Spoton Training Institute is looking for an experienced Document Controller Trainer with Aconex knowledge to conduct professional training sessions for students and working professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Document Control training sessions
• Share practical industry knowledge and real project experience
• Guide students on document control procedures, workflows, and best practices
• Train students in document numbering, revision control, transmittals, document registers, and filing systems
• Provide training on document management and tracking of project documentation
• Guide learners on handling technical documents, drawings, correspondence, and project records
• Support learners with assignments, practical exercises, and project-based training
• Provide industry-focused guidance on document control processes used in construction, engineering, and other project environments
