Document Controller (URGENT)

Job Summary

Responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining project documents to ensure accurate, updated, and properly controlled records throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documents and records.
• Organize, track, and update document logs and files.
• Ensure proper document numbering, filing, and distribution.
• Coordinate document submissions with clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Monitor document revisions and approvals.
• Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and readily accessible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any relevant course.
• Experience in document control, construction, or engineering projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple documents.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on project sites.
• Project-based position.
