Document Controller Vector

From Grupo Cuñado, a multinational company leader in the distribution of pipes, fittings and valves, we are looking for a Document Controller in Chennai.

Functions will be:

• Documentary management of projects with clients and suppliers.
• Co-ordination with multiple departments to get the required documents as per customer specification for on time submission.
• Elaboration of final quality dossiers to be sent to the client.
• Management of certificate claims with suppliers.
• Claims to suppliers and customers, to have the documentation in time and form.
• Management of documentation generated by customers and suppliers in collaboration with Activation Technicians.
• Should Create, track and handle a document database.

Requirements for the position:

• High level of English (test will be done)
• High level of MS Office.
• Experience in a similar position for at least four years in Oil, Gas & Chemical sector related to Valves.
