In this role, you will establish, implement, and oversee document control standards, workflows, and archival systems across large-scale, high-availability data center construction and commissioning projects. You will lead document management strategies, enforce strict metadata compliance, and ensure seamless information flow between owners, general contractors, engineering teams, and testing personnel.

Commissioning & NETA Documentation: Organize and manage pre-commissioning logs, NETA electrical test reports, scripts, and multi-level Cx data (L1–L5) to ensure audit readiness and seamless closeout.
Access & Security Governance: Administer system permission levels, file access rights, and document security protocols to maintain confidentiality and data integrity across multi-company project teams.
Cross-Functional Workflow Lead: Partner with project managers, field superintendents, QA/QC directors, and design engineers to resolve document bottlenecks and enforce fast turnaround times.
Quality & Compliance Verification: Perform regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing drawings, specifications, and design updates for proper revision labeling, formatting, and metadata accuracy.
Turnover & Closeout Management: Drive the compilation, verification, and handover of final As-Built drawings, operations & maintenance (O&M) manuals, warranties, and turnover packages to the client.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated document control experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role on mission-critical, mega-scale industrial, or high-tech facility projects.
Software Proficiency: Expert proficiency in construction document control platforms (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360, Aconex, Bluebeam Revu, SharePoint).
Technical Familiarity: Solid understanding of data center construction terminology, MEP engineering drawings, technical submittal workflows, and field inspection reporting.
Communication & Leadership: Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and proven ability to enforce process compliance across cross-functional teams.
