Document Executive

Key Responsibilities

▪ Verify Proforma Invoices (PI), LC drafts, and exporter instructions for accuracy and compliance.

▪ Coordinate with the internal Finance/Accounts team for advance payments and PI approvals.

▪ Review draft documents including Invoice, Packing List, Health Certificates, Bill of Lading, Labels, and Inspection Reports.

▪ Follow up with exporters for corrections, missing, or delayed documents.

▪ Liaise with internal QC, Finance, and Operations teams to confirm documentation accuracy and shipment readiness.

▪ Coordinate with shipping lines and clearing agents for document alignment and shipment scheduling.

▪ Finalize and compile the complete documentation pack for each shipment.

▪ Maintain accurate, organized records of all documentation as per import regulations.

▪ Provide regular updates to management on documentation status and pending issues.

Requirements

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.

▪ 1–3 years of experience in documentation (preferably in the seafood industry).

▪ Familiarity with import documentation standards and processes.

▪ Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and coordination skills.

▪ Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic Import/Export documentation systems.

▪ Proficiency in English; knowledge of Malayalam, Hindi and Arabic is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
