Document Executive

Location: New International, Survey No. 194/5, Hunsemaranahalli Village, Jala Hobli, Airport Road, Yelahanka, Hunasamaranahalli, Karnataka 562157

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Documentation Executive (RTO) to manage vehicle registration and ownership transfer documentation while coordinating with RTO authorities to ensure smooth and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and process RTO documentation.
• Handle vehicle registration, RC transfers, hypothecation, NOCs, and other RTO-related documentation.
• Coordinate with RTO offices and internal teams for timely completion of documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and track document status.
• Ensure compliance with all RTO regulations and documentation requirements.
• Resolve documentation-related issues and follow up until closure.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in RTO documentation or automobile documentation.
• Good knowledge of RTO processes, RC transfers, vehicle registration, and related documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Preferred Candidates

Experience in the automobile industry, dealerships, used-car platforms, or RTO consultancy.

Familiarity with vehicle documentation and compliance processes.
