Document Management Admin | 1 Year Renewable

Salary:
$1,800 – $2,100

• $150 Monthly KPI Incentive (after 3 months)
• 1 Month Completion Bonus

Job scope:

• Handle logistics for physical documents, including collection, unpacking, packing, labelling, and disposal of cartons
• Prepare documents for scanning (removal of staples, clips, bindings, etc.)
• Operate high-speed production scanners and perform basic checks and cleaning
• Scan, index, archive documents, and conduct quality checks on scanned outputs
• Reassemble and rebind documents after scanning
• Process hardcopy and softcopy applications using internal systems
• Process GIRO forms (hardcopy & softcopy)
• Ensure all cases are handled accurately and within stipulated timelines via email and internal systems

Requirements:

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic computer and technical skills
• Strong administrative and data entry background
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Willing to take responsibility for daily and ad-hoc tasks
• Prior experience in document processing or similar roles is an added advantage
