Document Management Solutions (DMS) Staff

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year business course/IT-related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• With at least 35wpm typing speed.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office specially MS Excel.
• With background in handling confidential documents.
• Willing to be assigned/be a reliever (only if needed) in different site assignments: Pasig City/Quezon City

Job Description:

• Perform end-to-end process in digitization from (Grooming, Scanning, Indexing, and QA Indexing)
• Validate and process data in MS Excel
• Prepare Daily Productivity Report
• Comply with the DPA, house rules and other policy in the operations.
• Escalates for any error encountered in processing the documents.
• Perform other tasks given by the immediate supervisor.
