Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year business course or atleast 3rd year college.
• With Analytical Skills
• With at least 35 WPM Typing Speed
• Knowledgeable in MS Office especially MS Excel
• With Background in handling confidential Documents
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
• Male/Female

Job Description:

• Perform end to end process in digitization from (Grooming, Scanning, Indexing, and QA Indexing)
• Validate and Process data in MS Excel
• Prepare Daily Productivity Report
• Comply with the DPA, house rules and other policy in the operations.
• Escalates for any error encountered in processing the documents.
• Perform other tasks given by the immediate supervisor.
